We currently ship all UK orders via Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £3.95
Free UK Delivery on all orders over £50
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your parcel is on the way.

Note: During peak times or launch periods, delivery may take slightly longer - but we’ll always keep you updated.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your products - but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service (such as Royal Mail Tracked) to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or something’s not quite right, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
